During a live session, you’ll find a safe space (virtual space) where I guide you through a brief grounding meditation to center your energy. We’ll clarify your question or theme, shuffle and lay out the cards, and then explore their symbols and messages together. I’ll encourage you to share what resonates most, and I’ll weave in numerology or astrology insights as they fit. By the end, you'll have confirmation of what you were already feeling and clarity around how to move forward. During a pre-recorded session, I connect to your Spirit Team and your energy, set the intention or question for the session, and begin to give the messages and energy I am feeling during the session. The pre-recorded sessions allow me to feel the energy and messages deeper without any distractions; whereas, the live sessions provide an interaction that can add a lot to the clarity of the messages. It just depends on what you prefer!

Tarot is like a mirror for your subconscious and spirit team: each card holds universal archetypes and imagery that tap into your energy. When you ask a question, the cards that are drawn reflect the energies, patterns, and potential outcomes surrounding your situation. Think of them as conversation starters between your higher self and your everyday awareness. Spirit and I work together to interpret the messages received through the use of the tarot cards.

While life coaching focuses on goals and therapy on healing past wounds, spiritual coaching bridges both: we work with your energy bodies, spirit guides, and intuitive guidance to help you heal blocks, clarify your soul’s purpose, and create a roadmap that aligns with your highest self.

Spiritual Coaching helps to align your current energy with that of your higher self. Spiritual Coaching is based on your personal goals for healing, as well as what intuitively comes up during sessions to work on. Other areas would be:

I had one oracle deck from Lee Ann Peters, Temple of Balance, for over a decade. I would do readings for family and friends just for fun, and for myself to deepen my own self-awareness, while teaching elementary school. After 15 years in education, I left the classroom burned out and felt a call to guide others on their spiritual paths. I found a tarot deck I never used and felt very drawn to learn tarot. What started as readings for friends/family blossomed into SpiritualTeacher4u and my full-time passion for intuitive coaching.
