Scheduling & Appointments
- When you book a session, you will select a date and time through the intake form or scheduling link provided.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by email (or through the website if that option is available).
- If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session may be forfeited and considered used.
Packages & Multiple Sessions
Package sessions must be scheduled by the client after purchase.All package sessions must be used within the time period specified at purchase (if applicable).Unscheduled or unused package sessions are non-refundable.Once a package is purchased, it is the client’s responsibility to schedule each session.Refund Policy
Individual sessions may be refunded only if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.Pre-recorded or email-based readings are non-refundable once delivered, as they are prepared specifically for you.Package purchases are non-refundable once the first session is completed.Confidentiality
